There are many ways to get help with your manuscript, ranging from a manuscript evaluation to a complete coaching package.

I am particularly well-versed in women’s fiction, mainstream fiction, literary fiction, fantasy and magic realism, mystery, and domestic suspense.

I offer the following packages and services:

Project Evaluation ($497)

This is a mini-package designed to give you a chance to see what working with a book coach is like. The goal of this package is to help you lay a strong foundation for your book before you end up writing 300 pages, only to find that many of them are destined for the trash bin. The package includes:

• Review of your book outline, up to ten pages
• Review of the first fifty pages of your manuscript
• Two half-hour phone calls, to be scheduled after each of your two submissions

Manuscript Evaluation ($997 up to 250 pages*)

• A complete and thorough reading of your manuscript
• An editorial letter outlining both the strengths of your manuscript and areas for improvement
• One one-hour phone call with me to discuss feedback and next steps

• A complete and thorough reading of your manuscript
• Inline comments highlighting specific examples of strengths and problem areas
• An editorial letter summarizing the feedback provided in inline comments
• A one-hour phone call with me to discuss your feedback and create a plan for moving forward

The amount of work involved in a manuscript edit varies widely, depending on the length and complexity of the manuscript, and the quality of the writing. I therefore cannot guarantee a price without looking at a sample of the manuscript in question. If you are interested in this service, please email me and include an attachment of ten (10) manuscript pages. Once I have reviewed your pages, I will contact you with a price quote.
